Accounts Administrator

McElholm Accountants are assisting one of their valued clients in adding a Company Accounts Administrator to their existing team.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Updating and reconciling the company’s financial transactions on the company’s computerised accounts package.

• Preparation of the company’s quarterly VAT Returns.

• Liaising with the company accountant in the preparation of management and annual financial accounts.

SKILLS:

Ability to work in a busy office environment.

Knowledge of PAYE & CIS would be desirable but not essential.

Strong communication skills.

IT skills (to include experience of computerised accounting software)
