We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in McCarren Meats. The ideal candidate will have a number of years’ experience in a busy reception and office environment and will be highly computer literate, especially with Microsoft Office.
◦Responsible for maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics system for factory purchases.
◦Managing and processing of Weekly and Monthly Supplier Payments.
◦Reconciliation of Monthly Creditor Statements.
•Liaising with each department head for accurate and efficient purchasing process.
•Greeting all visitors to the business ensuring their point of contact is notified of their arrival.
•Answering and directing all incoming calls to the company. Ensuring correct and detailed messages are passed on.
•General administration duties; ordering stationary and kitchen supplies, organising couriers, distributing post and managing Board Room bookings.
•Ad hoc work as required.

•Group policies and procedures are adhered to.
•Building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers.
•Timely completion of assigned tasks.
Skills / Experience / Competencies:
•3+ years working as a Receptionist / Administrator in a busy office environment.
•Strong computer skills, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
•Experience in Microsoft Dynamics desired but not essential.
•Exceptional phone manner.
•Friendly, outgoing and confident disposition.
