We are recruiting an experienced administrator to join our team. The position will be permanent fulltime.
Assisting the Dealer Principal in the day-to-day organisation of the business
Compilation of information through Excel
Production of important management reports
Liaise with all salespersons to ensure all sales documentation is completed in a timely manner
Operation of all budgetary controls
Assisting in accounting and auditing procedures
Ability to work on own initiative but yet as part of a team
Experience of working in a busy office environment
Proficiency in all Microsoft packages
Excellent organization skills
