Vacancy for a experience and passionate chef de Partie in Coriander Nepalese and Indian restaurant ( little Nepal food restaurant ltd) .
Preparing and cooking Nepalese and Indian food is essential. At least 2 years experience needed as chef .
Full understanding of HACCP principles and guidelines is a must important , Certification in HACCP is preferred.
The position will act as an assistant to the head chef and from time to time will require to work in every section of kitchen ( tandoor oven , dessert section ,
curry prepararion , sauce preparation and plating and garnishing too ).
The candidate must have good knowlege about an Indian and Nepalese food as well as continental food too, applying for a Chef De Partie must require the following key assets.
