
Description
Fleet Service Administrator to provide support to the service team with administration and reception service duties. You will be the first contact to customers, either by telephone or visiting in person, ascertaining their enquiry and passing it to the relevant department. Daily duties will include (but not limited to): Carrying out reception duties and general administrative tasks.Inputting customer information on to our fleet management system.General fleet administration.Helping to prepare invoices.Ordering and chasing parts from suppliers, closing off orders.Customer liaison keeping them updated as well as dealing with any problems, questions or concerns.Completion of all the necessary paperwork and update on company computer system.Organising vehicle bookings for the service departmentMaintaining and updating customers' files in order to keep track of truck services and customer requestsPerforming any other ad-hoc tasks as required.The successful Service Administrator needs to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, well presented and have the ability to maintain a good relationship with colleagues and customers alike. We are looking for a friendly, confident and capable individual who can deal with all kinds of customers under pressure and remain professional at all times. Have strong computer skills.Commercial vehicle trade experience is essential
