Monday to Friday Set & Operate CNC machine to specific programme as per program and work instruction sheetLoad tooling as appropriate into CNC machine Check accuracy of first off Check accuracy of parts using appropriate measurement toolsTake corrective action to rectify errors by offset adjustment on CNC machineWork on own initiatives and resolve any issues or problems to company specific proceduresAbility to be flexible and adaptable working on different machines and assisting colleagues as required Flexible in work patterns to meet business needs Maintain machines

Requirements:
Previous experience in setting and operating CNCCompetent in reading and interpreting drawings .
Good level of computer literacyExperience of range of operating systems an advantageWorked on CNC Machines or Apprentice or similarly experienced Machinist with CNC Milling experienceMust have full right to work in Ireland at the time of applicationAttractive Salary available depending on experience
