Description

We are currently recruiting for a part-time Bookkeeper (Maternity Contract). The role will be 20-25 hours per week, fully office based.

Responsibilities:

Day to day management of accounts payable and receivable
Reconciliation and monthly payment preparation
Credit control
Reconciliation of bank statement
Daily cash reconciliations and postings
Perform admin ie filing and answering phone and various ad-hoc tasks as required.

Skills/Experience:

Experienced bookkeeper
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience of using Sage Line 50
Proven ability to work on own initiative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
