Responsibilities
Selling - Selling and upselling our wide selection of products
Product Knowledge - Learning about our products to sell them effectively, helping the customer get it right first time.
Marketing - Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Content Creation - Create engaging content for social media platforms including images, graphics, videos and stories.
Customer Service Skills - Be friendly and welcoming to our customers providing a great customer experience. Respond to comments, enquiries and reviews in a timely manner.
Data Management - Accurately record daily sales, returns and other data as required.
Merchandising - Maintaining a tidy and clean shop floor at all times
Stock Replenishment - Keeping shelves full and faced in a uniform fashion
