The ideal candidate will have
Professional Qualifacation & experience working in a similar role
Fully completed HACCP training
Ability to use own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English
Candidates will be responsible for:
Assisting the head and sous chefs during service.
Food prep before service. Working starters and main courses.
Helping with the training of new junior level chefs.
Helping in the management of kitchen health and hygiene procedures
Cooking food to order the highest standard of customer service
min.
3 years experience working in a busy kitchen.
Required to work on a rota basis on evening shift and to include weekends and bank holidays.
The post holder will be expected to adopt a flexible approach to hours of work.
