Working as part of a team with maintenance to ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and quality standards
• Production checks in line with company HACCP and SOPs.
• Completion of daily production record keeping.
• Carrying out audits, including GMP and Traceability audits.
Requirements:
• Food / Science qualification
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage
• HACCP/ Food Safety Knowledge
• Knowledge of Word, Excel other computer software packages
• Problem solver, good communication and good organisational skills
