Deli Assistant (part time) Day time - 20 - 30hrs HRS per week required to assist in the day to day operations of a deli counter within convenience store

Duties to include some or all of the following: serving over a busy Deli; making, prep to order & till operation. Ensuring the highest standards of compliance with HAACP and Food Safety requirements. Good command of the English language is essential.
Would suit someone who is conscientious, flexible and works well as part of a small team & on own initiative.
To prepare and serve high quality food offering in an efficient and cost-effective manner
To practice efficient stock management and portion control
To maintain clean facilities and a clean work environment in accordance with HACCP legislation
To prioritise customer care and service, ensuring promotion of Store and Deli
To ensure that the deli checks assigned are carried out in accordance with your training
The Deli Assistant will be responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold deli products and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
Ideal candidate will be creative and have a minimum of 1 year food experience
