MTM Engineering is an Electrical Engineering Company that specialises in electrical cable installation and terminating services for Data Centre and Pharmaceutical industries in Ireland and across Europe. We have a number of positions available in the Dublin and Leinster region for fully qualified electricians.

Duties
Carry out all electrical and associated duties, including:
• Carry out industrial electrical installation, maintenance and /or servicing work
• Carry out glanding, terminating and testing of installed cables up to 4 Core 300mm2 SWA, A2 Cables up to 1C X 500mm2.
• Good knowledge of drawings and cable schedules.
• Supervising apprentices, assist with on-the-job training and development of staff as required
• Liaise with all site teams to identify and close out on quality issues
• Right first time work ethic.
• Report known defects.
• Have a comprehensive tool chest necessary to carry out industrial electrical installations.
• Be flexible and willing to work in various locations throughout Ireland.
• Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by management.

Requirements
• Qualified Electrician with a valid electrical certification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial electrical installations and
• Experience working in data centres is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, as required
