Responsibilities for this role include:
Ensure the smooth running of a shift and motivating the team to provide excellent customer service
Dealing with customer queries
Cash handling
Building relationships with regular customers and league bowlers
Ordering and Stocktaking when required
1 year Supervisor/Management experience required
