Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate the condition of sash windows at various residential and commercial properties
Remove, repair, and reinstall sash windows, ensuring a perfect fit and finish
Perform glazing work, including cutting and fitting glass panes
Sand, prime, and paint sash windows to achieve a professional and long-lasting finish
Collaborate with other team members to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed-upon timelines
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or queries
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sash window renovator
In-depth knowledge of sash window construction, repair, and restoration techniques
Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license
