Our Graduate Programme is designed to support our Graduates in their roles, progressing their development and providing access to key knowledge across the business.


As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll be based in our office in Maynooth and be supporting the commercial management of one of our residential sites in the Greater Dublin area.


Key Responsibilities


Assist the Senior QS in the commercial management of the project
Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
Tracking and recording of documentation
Track tasks and project actions, measure and report progress
Record the minutes of project meetings
Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time


Requirements


You hold or be working towards a Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management or equivalent experience
You must have the ability to use initiative and be self-motivated
An interest in residential property is desirable
Ability to work as part of a team is essential
Good IT skills are also required
