We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accounts Assistant with Payroll Experience in the Connemara Coast Hotel.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Accounts Assistant will support the Accounts Department in the day to day financial management and reporting of the Hotel.
Responsibilities will include:
Accounts payable - Ideally have working knowledge of Procure Wizard
Accounts receivable
Posting and processing payments
Bank Reconciliation & Nominal account reconciliations
Income Auditing
Processing and payment of weekly payroll
Preparation of payroll reports
Assisting in the preparation of monthly accounts
Ideal Candidate
At least 2 years' experience in the finance function, hospitality desirable
Strong knowledge of sage and Sage Micropay
Excellent Communication skills fully fluent written and spoken English essential
Be proficient in Microsoft excel
Ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines
Organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
This a four day a week role. Flexible hours.
