Dunnes Stores is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Accounts Payable team in Dunnes Stores Headoffice.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice processing
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Liaise with suppliers about queries
Liaise with stores and head office personnel
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
Experience in an invoice processing environment
Proficient IT skills (in particular Microsoft excel)
Exceptional organisational abilities
Ability to prioritise workload
Ability to work on own initiative but also work as part of a team
Strong communication skills
