Description

My client are looking for an experienced construction professional with a knack for efficient fleet management and outstanding paperwork organization. The Construction Site Manager will oversee their fleet of trucks engaged in earthmoving operations from Rosslare to Enniscorthy. This pivotal role requires someone with construction expertise, exceptional paperwork management skills, and the ability to interact professionally with clients. As the face of their company in Rosslare, you will play a vital role in maintaining and building strong client relationships.



Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management: Supervise and coordinate a fleet of trucks engaged in earthmoving activities. Ensure the timely and efficient transport of materials between Rosslare and Enniscorthy.

Construction Expertise: Utilize your construction knowledge to monitor project progress, assess work quality, and address any on-site issues that may arise.

Paperwork Management: Maintain meticulous records, including project documentation, permits, safety reports, and equipment maintenance logs.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact in Rosslare. Address client concerns and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site and possess a valid Safe Pass.



Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction management.
Strong organizational and paperwork management skills.
Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to represent the company effectively.
Valid Safe Pass.
Familiarity with earthmoving equipment and operations.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
