ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The primary role of the Supervisor is to provide total support and assistance to the Manager.

The purpose of the role is to help achieve the most efficient and successful running of your depot possible.

In this role, you will also primarily work as a Mechanic/ Mechanical Fitter on the depot floor. ‘Supervisor’ is a

working title and an active role in fitting and repairing all vehicles required.

When required in the front office, you will support in assisting with customers, bookings, invoicing, staff, stock

etc.

REPORTING TO:

You will report to your Depot Manager.

You will be acting in a capacity to communicate vital information to the Manager, and supporting him/ her at

all times.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Previous Experience as Mechanic/ Fitter

Full Driving License
Excellent standards of workmanship
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Team player and reliable
Communication skills
Awareness of customer service
Positive and hardworking attitude
