Retrofit Design Ltd delivers quality deep retrofits across Ireland. As part of our continued expansion, we seek to hire a motivated Site Foreman to join our operations team.

To ensure our retrofit projects are delivered effectively and efficiently to the highest standards, the Site Forman will be responsible for:

Create and manage schedules and monitor site employees.
Delegate responsibilities and tasks to site employees and contractors according to priorities and plans.
Host toolbox talks to emphasise the safe use of all tools and equipment and enforce the proper use of PPE
(Personal Protective Equipment).
Manage employees to ensure the project remains on target.


Essential Criteria:

Advanced knowledge of retrofitting project plans and procedures.
In-depth knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices.
Experience in a supervisory or related role.
Ability to drive projects to remain on schedule.
Ability to identify skills required on-site, hire, train and supervise employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in sourcing and supervising construction materials, tools, and equipment.
