Efficient Renewables, with over 30 years of expertise in the industry, are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plumbing Foreman to contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead plumbing teams on-site to ensure the successful completion of projects.
The installation of heat recovery, solar systems, geothermal, and air source heat pumps to meet industry standards and company specifications.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Train and mentor team members to maintain high levels of craftsmanship and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and project efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of installations.
Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports and documentation

Job requirements
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a foreman role within the plumbing industry.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, heat recovery, solar systems, and heat pumps.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Commitment to safety standards and ensuring a safe working environment.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
