Chefs required in delivering a quality service and presentation. Maintain the highest professional food quality and cleaning standards. Drive innovation and incorporates new food trends and practices. Develop with the team members and compliance with HACCP.





ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Delivering high standards in food served in the restaurant, bar and private dining.
Ensures that high standards of Cleaning, Health and Safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
Establishes controls to reduce food and waste.
Safeguards all employees by implementing training to increase their knowledge and awareness about safety, cleaning and accident prevention principles.
Evaluates food products to assure that quality standards are consistently attained.
Ordering of associated goods, packaging, chemicals etc
Perform other duties as requested
