Nutbutter is currently looking for an upbeat, efficient, and friendly barista to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Strong Barista experience is necessary for this job.
To serve our guests in an efficient, friendly, and quick manner.
To take payment in an orderly and accurate manner paying special attention to the form of payment and correct change when dealing with cash.
To deliver food and drinks promptly and in a friendly manner to the tables and take out orders.
To clear any empty dishes and cups from the floor and terrace at all times.
To clean and sanitize all tables at all times.
To maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant floor and to sweep or mop the floor when required.
To maintain regular checks on the guest bathrooms and to ensure they are clean and tidy and soap and paper are replaced when required.
To make sure opening and closing procedures are adhered to, to ensure a smooth service and a clean and hygienic environment.
To adhere to all HACCAP guidelines as per your training.
To turn up to work at the time as per your roster dressed in uniform.
To report any complaints from our guests immediately to your supervisor or Manager.
To report any faulty or broken equipment to your Supervisor or Manager immediately.
To help your other work colleagues when you find yourself idle.
To check and replenish any items you may need to carry out your role before, during, and after your shift.
To make sure your grooming and uniform standards are adhered to as per your handbook.
To work and behave within the guidelines and rules of the Team Handbook which you agreed to.
Be civil and polite to your teammates and guests at all times.
To undertake your initial training and further development as requested by Management.

Food, Restaurant, and/or Team experience.
