Due to continued expansion the Shaw Commercials Group in Castlebar currently have a vacancy for a Tow Truck driver.

The Shaw Commercials Group is in operation for over 25 years and is the main Renault Truck Dealer and Schmitz Cargobull Service Dealer for the West / North West region. The service offering includes vehicle and trailer sales, testing, vehicle recovery, maintenance and fleet management.

Responsibilities and Duties

Respond to towing callouts in a safe and timely manner
Preforming jumpstarts and tyre changes at roadside
Handle all vehicles with due care and attention
Keep yard area in a tidy and orderly fashion
Handle all company tools and equipment with due care and attention ensuring they remain safe, clean and in a workable condition
Complete all paperwork in full on a daily basis and submit to Recovery controller

Flexible work hours to include nights and weekend availability.
Qualifications and Skills

Rigid Truck licence
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Sound geographical knowledge of greater County Mayo
Forklift licence & experience
