GCL Group is currently seeking a Plant Manager to work with our client, a growing Civil Engineering company, delivering quality infrastructure solutions.
This role will be based in West Dublin.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee operation of all plant and equipment in the yard
-Manage team of Plant Fitters
-Liaise with Project Managers to ensure machinery is deployed to sites
-Schedule routine maintenance of plant

Requirements:
-Previous experience working as a Plant Manager for a Construction company
-Strong technical knowledge of a range of construction plant and equipment
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Ability to organise and problem solve in an effective manner
