Construction - Skilled Operative
Do you have experience of working on a construction site? Are you practical and enjoy a variety of hand-on tasks?

Established in 2010, RENOVA is an industry leading design and build home renovation company.
We are currently seeking construction staff for projects in County Wicklow and South Co. Dublin

Key Tasks:
- Site mobilisation / set-up
- House strip out / Demolition
- Assisting Site Manager with setting out
- Following health and safety procedures
- Installing Radon / Vapour barriers
- Installing floor insulation
- Assisting carpenters with 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
- Keeping sites organised and tidy
- Dry-lining external walls
- Assisting various trades during construction phase
- Checking deliveries
- Various construction related tasks

Skills / Qualifications / Experience
- Safe Pass essential
- Manual Handling Certificate
- 3 to 5 years of general construction experience
- Good communicator
- Full driving licence (Van can be supplied as part of package)
- Strong attention to detail
- CSCS cards are an advantage
