Description

*Baker Specialising In Bread Making Required*

*Responsibilities*
Preparing dough for various breads using scales and ingredient recipe sheets.
Produce excellent quality breads including Batch, Turnover and Sodas.
Controlling dough fermentation and shape products for excellent presentation.
Tracking of waste temperature and quality.
Maintain hygiene and orderliness of all equipment,supplies and utensils within the work area.
Handle all good items correctly in keeping with HACCP training.

*Essential Criteria*
3+ years strong experience as a baker.
Passionate about your work and the food you will produce.
Willingness to learn.
Team player.
Can do attitude.
Strong work ethic and flexibility with hours incl early starts

*Skills*
3+ years experience in baking
*Confectioner Required For Busy Bakery*

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic,skilled individual to work in our bakery.Must have a love for pastry work, cake baking and decorating.

Role includes
Preparing and baking cakes from scratch including working with fondant , pastry and cream cakes.
Prepare fillings and be innovative with new ideas and ingredients
Fill and decorate buttercream and fresh cream cakes
Understand customers needs and ensure excellent service

Requirements*
3+ years experience is a must. Being fast, punctual and clean is essential.
Ability work well within a team.
Should be artistic and independent as well as having attention to detail.
Flexible hours, weekend work required.
