KTL Construction are a building contractor based in Co. Wexford. We carry out residential and commercial projects throughout the south-east, focusing mainly on social residential projects for local authorities. We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team who will across all projects.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Procurement and management of subcontractors and materials

- Handling payment certifications and variations

- Liaising with the client's team

- Carry out valuations

- Assisting in the tendering process
