Due to expansion in Dermot Hughes Cars, we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the sales team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. This will require you to continually strive to meet sales and profit opportunities via the sale of vehicles and accessories products
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Showroom Supply, Display, Layout and Cleanliness daily
• Forecourt Retail Supply, Display, Layout and Cleanliness daily
• Used Retail Price Boards & Silent Sales
• Cleanliness and condition Used Stock
• Removing sold and trade stock from forecourt.
• Uploading all new & used cars to our website.
• Ensuring all cars advertised are of the correct specification, mileage and price.
• Assisting the Sales Team when required for test-drives, deliveries etc.
• Assisting Management Staff in all aspects of the business
• Tax Office and NCT duties
• Reporting to Sales Management of any stock and site issues
• Weekly New & Used Stock Checks
• Greet customers and qualify them effectively in order to understand their needs;
• Assist customers in selecting their new or used vehicle;
• Ensure great customer service is provided to all clients.
• Liaise with customers throughout the buying process.
Key Requirements:
Full, clean driving license is essential.
Sales & Marketing experience is an advantage.
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective time management with an ability to plan and organize your own daily selling activity to secure new business.
A positive, can do attitude;
Self-motivation.
Excellent communication, presentation and customer skills;
Ability to work in a team environment.
