Our client is looking a Warehouse Dispensing Operator om a initial 6 month contract basis. You will play a key role in managing the dispensing and issuance of materials to manufacturing via cleanroom dispensing areas.

The Job:

Ensure that safety is given the highest priority and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Comply with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements.

Complete routine housekeeping and 5S duties to keep the Warehouse area clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times.

Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive team culture within the Warehouse.

Provide the highest level of customer service to Manufacturing by ensuring material movement to and from the Warehouse aligns with manufacturing requirements.
Work proactively to identify, mitigate, and communicate potential delays or problems as early as possible.

Operate Material Handling Equipment in accordance with HSA Code of Practice and SOP requirements. This will include but is not limited to:
o Forklift Trucks, Pallet Trucks & Pallet Stackers.
o Pallet Wrappers / Exchangers.
o Vacuum Lifters / Drum Lifters / Drum Tippers.

Ensure that Shipping Orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and in line with SOPs, Customer and regulatory requirements.

Ensure all material movements within the Warehouse are recorded in a timely and accurate manner to produce the highest possible standards of inventory accuracy.

Complete cycle counting routines within the Warehouse and assist with investigation and resolution discrepancies identified

Carry out and ensure that Dispensing processes are completed efficiently, accurately, in accordance with set procedures and in line with Manufacturing requirements.

Have you:

Previous Warehouse experience
Operation of an ERP inventory management system. Preferably SAP
Previous experience of completing Cleanroom Dispensing activities
Forklift Licence (Counterbalance or Reach or VNA)
