Project Manager (Construction)

Join our client, a prominent Irish Tier 2 Main Contractor, known for delivering exceptional residential projects across Ireland. We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and oversee a large residential project with precision and expertise. Project is based in Dublin

Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Manage and coordinate residential construction projects from inception to completion.
- Budget and Schedule: Ensure residential projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
- Team Management: Lead project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve project goals.
- Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with residential clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Quality and Safety: Uphold high standards of quality and safety on residential sites, adhering to regulations and company policies.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to residential stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on residential projects.
- Certifications: Safe Pass certification and a valid Irish driving license.
- Legal Status: Full Irish working rights are required.
