Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager with engineering-related challenges and on-site decision-making.
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with Structural Design Engineers and Architects to align project requirements.
- Assess technical drawings and specifications for project suitability.
- Check shuttering, steel, and dimensions before concrete pours and maintain material reconciliation records.
- Record site activities, maintain a detailed site diary, and manage documentation uploads to the Document Management System (DMS).
- Supervise both directly employed and subcontractor personnel involved in various construction activities.
- Strictly adhere to health and safety, environmental, quality, and other company on-site policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience with a main building contractor.
- Proven experience with RC (reinforced concrete) projects.
- Background in residential construction.
- Proficient IT skills and experience with surveying instruments and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- High technical competence and attention to detail.
