Project Manager – Leading Tier 2 Main Contractor – Dublin

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join a well known Tier 2 main contractor based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a large scale residential project in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project delivery from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
- Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols to maintain compliance and ensure a safe working environment.
- Drive innovation and problem-solving to effectively tackle any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

- Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly within Pharma or Data Centre sectors.
- Strong leadership abilities and exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive, solution-driven approach to managing projects.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management.
