Finishing Foreman

About the Role:

Our client are currently seeking 4 x dedicated Finishing Foreman to join their team. Our client, a leading Irish Tier 1 main contractor are based in Dublin.
These roles are all located in Dublin, and are permanent and fulltime with excellent salary and benefits package included.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to ensure efficient and timely completion of finishing tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to plan and schedule works effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and documentation of deviations or variations.
- Ensure all finishing works meet regulatory requirements, building codes, and client specifications.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
- Ability to interpret and implement drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
