𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘀 are seeking a highly experienced 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿/𝗚𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 to oversee groundworks operations on our 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀. This role offers the opportunity to advance your career with a respected company in the construction industry.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Manage and lead crews on complex groundworks projects, promoting productivity and adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee all aspects of groundworks, including excavation, drainage, concrete works, kerbing, and finishing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across the site.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other teams to achieve project goals.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for all deliverables.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in groundworks, with proven supervisory expertise.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of site safety regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
