About the Role:

Our client are seeking experienced Site Managers and Project Managers to join their expanding team for a key project starting in early 2025. Based in Tipperary, this is an exciting opportunity to lead construction activities for a medium-sized contractor with a reputation for delivering quality projects across various sectors. With a strong pipeline in place, this role would provide excellent career progression to Contracts Manager.



Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Monitor progress, prepare reports, and resolve on-site issues effectively.
Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.


Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site or Project Manager in construction.
Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables effectively.
