We are currently recruiting for a Construction Manager to join our Team. This is a full-time permanent role that will be predominantly based in Denmark, with rotation to Ireland monthly.

Key Responsibilities


Lead the design, construction, installation and commissioning of all mechanical/electrical systems.
Manage project timelines and budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
Organising tools, plant, machinery and materials related to the M/E Package.
Ensure construction is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications.
Manage the complete interface for our contractors in relation to their specialist packages.
Provide clear and accurate updates to the projects team.
Lead the programming of complex M&E works, ensuring all activities are planned and executed in alignment with the project’s overall schedule.
Assist in the selection and appointment of M&E consultant designers and design-and-build subcontractors, ensuring they align with project goals and standards.
Ensure that M&E information released for construction is reviewed by all relevant interface designers and the construction team. Amend and approve designs before release, ensuring full alignment with contract specifications.
Ensure M&E designs and details are cost-effective, staying within budget while meeting or exceeding specified quality standards. Avoid unnecessary cost overruns and deviations from detailed requirements.
Oversee the validation of M&E designs upon completion of the works, confirming full compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.
Overall responsibility for the construction project.

Skills & Education Required

At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Trade or Engineering Qualification.
Demonstrated capability in construction delivery.
IT proficient.
Exceptional time management skills, for both prioritising workload and meeting strict deadlines.
QHSE knowledge.
