Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team to manufacture and wire switchgear panels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, panel assembly, and wiring. You will play a key role in assembling, wiring, and testing high-quality switchgear panels used in a variety of industrial and commercial applications.

Responsibilities:
Manufacture and assemble switchgear panels in accordance with customer specifications and industry standards.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Wire electrical components, including circuit breakers, fuses, transformers, and relays, in switchgear panels.
Perform installation and assembly of electrical components and equipment within the panels.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of switchgear panels to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Perform quality checks and inspections during manufacturing to ensure panels meet operational and safety requirements.
Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Adhere to all electrical codes, safety procedures, and company policies during panel assembly and wiring.
Document all work performed, including testing results, wiring diagrams, and project notes.
Maintain and service electrical equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Electrician, with specific experience in switchgear panel manufacturing and wiring.
Electrical certification or relevant training is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Strong understanding of electrical components and systems used in switchgear.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Physical ability to lift and move equipment and panels as needed.
