HR Support, German or French Speaking , 12 month Contract Role ( Cork Hybrid 3 days onsite)
As a German/ French Speaking HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing HR-related support to employees and managers. You will handle queries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, onboarding, and other HR processes while ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Successful candidate will need to be onsite 3 days a week in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support and guidance on various topics such as payroll, benefits, and company policies.
• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.
• Handle HR-related queries through email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Maintain HR databases and employee records with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in German/ French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent written communication
• Prior experience in an HR support or customer service role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., Workday, ).
