Project Manager | Firhouse, Dublin

Our client, a leading Tier 2 main contractor is seeking applications for an experienced PM to work on a 83 unit apartment build project in Firehouse, Dublin.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of this project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety management. You will coordinate effectively between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of high-value construction projects.
- Manage project schedules, costs, and resources effectively.
- Ensure quality standards are met across all stages of the project.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.


Requirements:

- Extensive experience in hotel or residential construction.
- Proven track record working with Tier 1 or 2 contractors.
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex schedules.
- Full working authorisation for Ireland.
