Contracts Manager - Residential Project

About the Role

Our client, a leading Tier 2 Main Contractor, are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team to oversee a large new residential project in Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work with one of Ireland’s most respected construction firms.

Responsibilities

Oversee project delivery, ensuring completion on time and to the highest quality standards.
Attend and contribute to regular progress meetings, ensuring action points are followed through.
Enforce adherence to all health and safety standards.
Implement and maintain the project quality strategy.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, updating as required throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain regular communication with the Project Director and Commercial Director.
Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
Ensure necessary training and development for technical, health and safety, and personal growth needs are met to comply with both legal requirements and performance objectives.

Requirements

Third-level qualification in a construction-related field.
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
Proven experience working on residential or commercial projects.
Demonstrated ability to deliver mid-range projects from initiation to completion.
