Your Role:

- Lead with Precision: Manage finishing teams to deliver outstanding results, ensuring every detail is perfect and on time.
- Deliver Excellence: Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and consistently exceed quality standards.
- Supervise & Oversee: Direct subcontractors, tradespeople, and site workers to ensure top-tier finishing work.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Problem Solve: Tackle any on-site challenges with quick, effective solutions.
- Clear Communication: Foster strong coordination between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.


What You’ll Bring:
- Qualifications: A background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven Experience: A solid track record as a Finishing Foreman with hands-on experience leading finishing work on large-scale projects.
- Leadership & Organisation: Strong leadership skills with the ability to efficiently manage teams and ensure the finishing process runs smoothly.
