We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role supports the smooth day-to-day functioning of our operations, bridging communication between day and night shifts and ensuring all aspects of freight and logistics administration are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between day and night operations teams to ensure seamless transitions and communication.

Manage and monitor inbound and outbound manifests.

Handle general inbound load enquiries and provide updates as needed.

Engage with customers to debrief and update them on their freight.

Record, maintain, and analyze volume operation data.

Collaborate closely with internal team members and the wider Network to ensure all operational tasks are clearly communicated and documented.

Maintain and manage operational documentation and reporting requirements.

Oversee freight volume management and address general network operational queries.

Uphold company procedures and maintain a high standard of quality service.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations by staff and visitors, reporting any concerns when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

Must be eligible to work in Ireland

Previous experience in an administrative operational role, preferably within logistics or transport (though full training will be provided).

A self-motivated and ambitious individual who thrives in a busy environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is essential.

A team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Working Hours

Full Time, Monday to Friday

8:30-hour shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
