Project Manager – Joinery/Fitouts

An established leader in bespoke joinery and high-end commercial office fit-out projects is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Longford. Reporting directly to the Head of Joinery Project Management, this role will involve overseeing the delivery of multi-million-euro projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
As a key member of the team, you’ll play an integral role in managing projects from inception through to successful completion, working on some of the industry’s most prestigious and high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day management of bespoke joinery and commercial office fit-out projects
- Collaborate with the Head of Joinery Project Management to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Report regularly on project status, financial performance, and progress to senior leadership
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for operational efficiencies

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years’ experience in project management, with a strong background in bespoke joinery, commercial fit-outs, or similar sectors
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-million-euro projects on time and within budget
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, or a related field
- Full Irish working authorisation and a valid Irish driving license
