We are currently seeking a Setting Out Engineer for our client, a well-established company based in Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in the field of setting out, particularly within the residential construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately set out the site in accordance with project plans and specifications

Assist with the preparation and review of technical drawings and site layouts

Collaborate with site managers, subcontractors, and other engineers to ensure the smooth running of the project

Conduct site surveys and measurements

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations

Report on site progress and quality control

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as a Setting Out Engineer, preferably in residential construction

Strong knowledge of setting out techniques and tools

Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software

Ability to work on-site, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of tasks

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
