Dunwood Recruitment is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Trades & Labour Hire division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in construction, sales, trade counter work, customer service, or site admin who's ready for something new.

You don’t need recruitment experience – we’ll provide full training. If you're organised, a good communicator, and understand how sites operate, you'll hit the ground running.

You'll be supporting our clients by filling short-term construction roles across Ireland – including carpenters, groundworkers, pipe fitters, teleporter drivers, and more.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a busy desk, quickly matching candidates to live vacancies

Registering and screening candidates, ensuring all compliance is in place (Safe Pass, Manual Handling, etc.)

Handling queries around timesheets and payroll

Building strong relationships with clients and site teams

Growing your desk through outbound calls, business development and referrals

Being part of a collaborative, supportive and friendly team

✅ You Might Have Experience In:

Construction or trades

Sales or trade counter roles

Customer service or call centres

Site admin or office-based support in construction
