Location: Arklow (with travel to project sites)

Our client, a growing timber frame construction specialist, is looking for a Compliance & EHS Officer to join their team. You don’t need formal experience in this type of role—just a practical background, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn. Full training and support will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Carrying out on-site compliance and safety inspections

Supporting the correct installation of timber frame elements and fixings

Promoting safe work practices and ensuring compliance standards are met

Travelling to project sites across the region

Maintaining reports and logs of inspections and findings

Collaborating with site teams and project managers

Developing your skills through hands-on experience and mentoring

What We’re Looking For:

Background in carpentry, timber frame, or general construction trades

Genuine interest in compliance and/or health & safety

Practical mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Full Irish driving licence (or working towards it)

Organised, reliable, and keen to develop professionally
