Customer Care Assistant –

Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate information about our services, product ranges, warranties, and showroom appointments.
Ensure all interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Liaise with project managers to ensure seamless customer handovers.
Aftercare Support
Handle post-installation queries or concerns professionally and promptly.
Organise service visits or issue resolutions in coordination with the relevant teams.
Manage and track warranty requests, especially those under our standard 3-year guarantee.
Customer Feedback & Experience
Follow up on completed projects to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Log and report common issues or suggestions to improve service.
Encourage online reviews and testimonials.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate customer records using our internal systems.
File project-related documentation, warranty information, and communication logs.
Team Coordination
Support project managers with updates and customer liaison.
Relay customer concerns to the appropriate internal departments efficiently.
Attend regular team meetings to discuss customer service improvements.
