Contracts Manager - Residential Project

About the Role:

Our client, a leading Tier 2 Main Contractor, are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team to oversee a large new residential project in Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work with one of Ireland’s most respected construction firms.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee project delivery, ensuring completion on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Attend and contribute to regular progress meetings, ensuring action points are followed through.
- Enforce adherence to all health and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain the project quality strategy.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, updating as required throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain regular communication with the Project Director and Commercial Director.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
- Ensure necessary training and development for technical, health and safety, and personal -growth needs are met to comply with both legal requirements and performance objectives.


Requirements:

- Third-level qualification in a construction-related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience working on residential or commercial projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver mid-range projects from initiation to completion.
