Site Manager – External Works (ASAP Start)

Our client, a Tier 1 main contractor, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the final phase of external works on a prominent mixed-use development in Dublin city centre.
This role will focus on hard landscaping, paving, boundary treatments, finishes, and associated snagging works. It’s ideally suited to someone with strong experience managing external packages on busy urban sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day delivery of external works including paving, finishes, kerbing, landscaping, and external furniture
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works progress in line with the programme
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
Liaise with the wider project team, consultants, and suppliers
Monitor and resolve snagging issues during the final stages of the build

Requirements:
Experience in a Site Manager role with a focus on external works or hard landscaping
Strong knowledge of urban construction environments and public realm finishes
Excellent coordination, organisation, and communication skills
Construction-related qualification or relevant trade background preferred
